Outstanding customer service!

My salesman Greg really worked with me and for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He went above and beyond 100% to make sure that my experience with mattress firm was a good one. I was very satisfied with the customer service, however I was not impressed with the selection of mattresses, not even the expensive ones. They were either too plush or too firm and I truly don't like memory foam at all, neither hybrid's. It has been many years since I shopped for a new mattress and I guess I have to get use to the new technology they use now.
