314 Training Academy is a 20, 000 square foot state of the art indoor baseball and softball training center, conveniently located in Brentwood, Missouri. We specialize in baseball and softball training for teams and players of all ages and skill levels. The Training Academy consists of: 10 batting cages and pitching mounds, 60 x 90 open field space, HitTrax Baseball Simulator, a 4, 200 square foot sports performance weight room, and a party/meeting room.

Jeramy Allerdissen
Head Instructor"The way that I teach, is a great reflection on the fact that I wish I would have known all of the things I know now, before I had gotten to high school and college baseball." Currently Jeramy is the lead instructor and youth development coordinator at 314 Training Academy. Jeramy has been giving individual hitting, throwing, fielding, and pitching instruction for baseball and softball for the last ten years. He personally has designed programs for sports camps, birthday parties and summer camps. Prior to these great experiences, Jeramy was employed by the Jewish Community Center as the Early Childhood and Youth gym teacher. With a great passion for starting athletes at a young age, he has trained many from youth all the way to college. Jeramy has coached for several youth, high school and college teams, including East Central Rebels, SLABA Redbirds, and the St. Louis Redbirds. Jeramy is also currently coaching in the St. Louis Redbirds organization. "I began my love for baseball at the age of 3 and joined a team in Ellisville as soon as I possibly could, at the age of 5. Played all of my youth baseball between Manchester and Ellisville then continued on to high school at Marquette where I played all four years on the varsity team. Through the summers, I played for the SLABA Redbirds and then went on with a full scholarship to East Central College. After two years playing there, I did my student coaching at East Central. I finished my college career playing for Harris Stowe. Today, I still play in MSBL and CYC leagues." During a typical session with Jeramy, a client can expect time spent on the importance of always seeing and paying attention to what they are doing and focusing on good balance and body control. Depending on each individual's needs and skill level, Jeramy will adjust which drills are necessary to achieve their goals.

Jacob Abraham
Lead InstructorJacob has been a baseball instructor for 10 years. Along with training Jacob has been a coach with the St Louis Redbirds for 8 seasons. While with 314 Training Academy he has worked with numerous high school players who have advanced on to play at the collegiate level. Jacob is a 1998 Marquette High School grad where he was an all conference and all state selection with the Mustangs. Coach Abraham went on to play his collegiate baseball on full scholarship at East Central College and Professional Baseball in the independent Pecos League.

Matt Mokriakow
InstructorCOLLEGE EXPERIENCE: Blackburn University TRAINING: Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Catching Matt played and attended Edwardsville High School. Afterwards, he attended Blackburn College where he played baseball and earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology. During his career as an outfielder here, he broke hitting records at the college there: career batting average (.396), RBIs (138), doubles (48), and hits (220). He was voted Newcomer of the year by his teammates, 1st team All-Conference three times and three times to the All-Region team. After Blackburn, he played a year of Independent League baseball in Kentucky as an outfielder and pitcher. Matt graduated with his Masters Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University in 2018. Matt enjoys working with all ages and tries to bring the best out of each individual. He is a firm believer in “position drives performance” and fully utilizing the body during baseball movements.

Jake Ring
InstructorJake, a native of Northern Chicago, has been around the game of baseball since a child. Playing under some of the best travel squads around the Midwest, he figured out how to stand out and use certain skills to his advantage. Jake was A four-year varsity starter at Grant Community High School. Setting school records in hits, average, and stolen bases he earned all-state honors and played in select showcases such as the area code games and the Midwest select 50. As a Junior in high-school Jake committed to the University of Missouri on a baseball scholarship. Jake played all but four games in his three year career at the university of Missouri. He is currently 3rd all time in stolen bases at Mizzou. Jake was drafted in the 31st round by the Baltimore Orioles in 2016 and had a 4 year career in the system. He was named Orioles player of the Month in April of 2017 and was an allstar in 2017 where he led A-ball in extra base hits. Jake has over 20 homeruns in professional baseball and over 200 games played. Jake has been giving lessons for almost 8 years now and looks to help the young in not only development skills but a better understanding in this confusing game of Baseball.
